With a broad retail background, Neil first became involved in healthcare managing pharmacies and opticians for a large retailer. Quickly, the importance of clear data and tracking in near misses and handout errors became a key point which led from paper reports, to spreadsheets, and finally to the NearMissRx tracker being developed.

Jade brings extensive clinical expertise and a commitment to pharmaceutical excellence. Over 15 years of practice with community pharmacies, and several years as Superintendent Pharmacist of University Hospital Southampton, Jade's focus on patient safety and care is evident in our Independent Prescribing service.
